A modern staple, the Rab Microlight Alpine Down Jacket uses hydrophobic down insulation inside weather-resistant Pertex Quantum fabric, in a streamlined package that gives you very effective warmth with minimal weight. The jacket is easily packable with roomy, zipped pockets, making it practical for any adventure. The narrow stitch-through baffled construction prevents the down fill from spreading or bunching and gives maximum loft, and the fixed insulated hood gives you supreme protection from winter weather. Clean lines and a slim silhouette mean that the Microlight Alpine works very well as a warm layer under a waterproof shell, for climbing or other alpine pursuits - but you'll also appreciate it if you're lightweight backpacking, or just wearing it day-to-day in cold conditions.
